The ECC takes its observation of the absence of life-skills amongst African youth seriously. In response therefore, we
have developed a regular Skills Acquisition Scheme that takes in various reasonable numbers of youths depending on available resources. We categorise them in accordance with their life passions and conduct impartation trainings that
bring them reasonable abilities to self-sustain them selves as producers and sellers of Domestic Cleaning Fluids, (liquid
or other kinds of soaps), Jewellery (bead-making and Lapidary arts), Carpentry, Wielding, Sculpting, Arts, Music,
Dance, Costumes Production, Personal and Industry Make-Up, Film making, etc Etc.
The ECC observes that so many existing organisations in both the public and corporate spheres all across Africa still
exist in their distant past and have not upgraded their methods and operations in consistency with time and modern
essences. The ECC conducts logical local surveys of such organisations and bodies and makes proposals to them for
Capacity Acquisition and/or Up-grades. These activities take the form of professionally organised and executed foreign
exposure tours where participant being leaders and managers of their local organisations or bodies are provided the
opportunities of meeting and observing the operations of organisations and bodies similar to their in the advanced
cities of Europe or North America.
Organisations and bodies requiring expansion must necessarily build further capacity to meet their new or evolving
needs. The ECC comes to the aid of such organisations and bodies in a similar fashion as she does those requiring
Capacity Acquisition.
The ECC is a pertinent proponent of empowering Africa’s youth. The ECC’s method of choice is Provision of Life-Skills and Knowledge (especially educational opportunities and scholarships) Next, we provide immediate relief in order to ameliorate present sufferings and distress in emergencies. We also provide on-going regular knowledge impacting opportunities for Persona and Group Development covering most modern life-skill descriptions especially digital and computer skills. We encourage Youths in Agriculture, Arts and Craft, Commerce, etc.
While the able-bodied remain in such dear need of help, not much can be said of what or which help or opportune goes the way of the vulnerable. The Physically Challenged require their places for employment, work and jobplacements, The discriminated Feminine Gender especially the widows, the girl-child, the single mothers, etc. need to be defended, protected and provided for. The ECC is particularly interested in these moral and social demands: to engage the Government, Political and public as well as community associations and organisations and all their leaders - to draw their attention to the less-privileged in society and in local communities. We work with the direct aim of ensuring that their focus on the vulnerable amongst them everywhere, becomes a consequence of Law and/or Governing Regulations. We therefore focus on Law-makers and Law Givers, Administrators and leaders for the sake of the less-privileged amongst them all across Africa.
